Abstract :
We are constantly faced with the issue (or the challenge, or the temptation) of reconstructing the links among parts of the complex systems that we observe and study, or to model them, and then analyze the resulting network. I will share part of my experience in this direction, focusing on higher order interactions, and on the brains as main application.
